WHAT YOU'LL DO

First impressions! Greeting our guests and determining the nature of their visit, ensuring they have been connected with the correct department (Sales, Service, Body Shop, Parts, Financing)
Answering a multi line phone system with the Bergstrom Greeting and to Bergstrom Standards
Overseeing Sales Advisor rotation
Assist in maintaining vehicle records, dealership paperwork and incoming/ outgoing mail
All while upholding the highest level of professionalism!
