As a Product Management Analytics & Reporting Co-op, you’ll learn and participate in the various business activities developed by the leader in the compact equipment industry. This position will drive the creation of dashboard and reports for product management, strategy and development leading to better monitoring of performance, cost and other metrics to help Doosan Bobcat meet its goals.

Role & Responsibility

•    Develop dashboards and reports in Oracle Analytics Cloud Sevice (OACS) and Salesforce to satisfy requests for product management
•    Create reports related to product strategy, management and development. Become proficient at OACS and Salesforce report building
•    Use tools and processes to focus on driving data quality and integrity
•    Focus on the processes and tools involved for data analysis (Collect > Enrich > Refine > Analyze > Present)
•    Gain knowledge of where to find any contextual business data that adds value to the existing data
•    Learn and apply different approaches to analyze the data through quantitative analysis (ie. correlation, multiple regression, etc)
•    Solve problems, answer important business questions and identify trends using analytical tools and processes for the Product Management goup
•    Apply computer programming skills to organize, manage and analyze large sets of data
•    Gain an indepth understanding of products

Job Requirement

•    Junior or Senior standing seeking a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics or any technology related program
•    3.0 or higher GPA
•    Be able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months)
•    Experience Required: 0>2 years
•    Travel Required: •    Be proficient in Microsoft Office products (ex. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•    Basic experience in data analysis and statistical analysis skills are desired.
•    Basic experience with application suites, databases, or application programming.
•    Comfortable presenting analysis and research to senior managers.
•    Be able to adapt to working in a corporate setting.
•    Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team.
•    Have the vision to identify problems, make recommendations and provide creative and realistic solutions.
•    Be able to self-manage time and set priorities amidst multiple project requests and deadline; be organized in order to complete projects in line with expectations and deadlines.
•    Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to listen and quickly understand new projects, proactively communicate concerns and effectively present to a group.
•    Possess a can-do attitude in order to enthusiastically deliver results to a department that depends on you.

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
