- Collect new dealer application forms and process approvals
- Process dealer territory changes
- Administer satisfaction surveys to new dealers after on-boarding processes are complete
- Track & report on new dealer training and performance monthly
- Collect new dealer leads that come from Bobcat.com and prepare support materials for evaluation
- Create monthly reports on status of expansion areas
- Track branch expansions using the Trello software tool
- Use eSpatial mapping tool to communicate coverage status using maps & PPT
- Complete ad hoc projects such as: Zip Code and APR clean-up
- Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
- Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months)
- Experience Required: 0>2 years
- Travel Required:
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to draw conclusions and present findings based off of data
- Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team
- Have the vision to identify problems, make recommendations and provide creative and realistic solutions
- Be able to self-manage time and set priorities amidst multiple project requests and deadlines; be organized in order to complete projects in line with expectations and deadlines
- Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to listen and quickly understand new projects, proactively communicate concerns and effectively present to a group
- Possess a can-do attitude in order to enthusiastically deliver results to department managers
