We ask our Service Managers is to organize, plan, direct, and control the operations of the Service Department performing duties personally and with the technicians. You will work directly with the customers to schedule their repairs and talk though recommendations. We work on Semi-Trucks and trailers for both local customers and over the road clients. You will work with the Parts Manager to ensure the technicians have the parts needed along with maintaining accurate parts documentation for billing and stock. You will oversee warranty, work order completion and billing, and shop safety and compliance. The Service manager will help train, set goals, and develop the skills of the new employee's. We are looking for a candidate that has 7-10 years combined experience as a technician and manager. Email, call, or stop in for more information.
