The Building Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintenance of the facility, including but not limited to, HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, sanitary, plumbing, project work and construction.

What will you do?
The Building Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintenance of the facility, including but not limited to, HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, sanitary, plumbing, project work and construction.
How will you get here?
- Maintain all facility support equipment in an operationally safe and efficient status according to department procedure
- Respond to requests for assistance by employees in a prompt and courteous manner
- Follow ISO system
- Interact with outside contractors and vendors
- Handle emergency situations in a safe, professional manner, including on-call
- The position is also responsible for any other duties apparent or assigned
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required. Vocational technical degree, preferred
- Ability to verbally communicate, read and write in English
- Computer literate (minimally Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Zero to 2-year experience in a manufacturing or service environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand or walk for extended periods of time and occasionally required to kneel, crouch, or crawl
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
