This position is within the Corporate Accounting Team which is the central department for Accounts Receivable, Cash Application and AR Solutions/Collections. This position resides in the Corporate Accounts Receivable Services Team and will work closely with the department managers and deployment team. Will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT partners and CARS Team for enhancements and deployments. Primary Responsibilities: Partner with the product owner to define business and user needs Develop, recommend, and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes Translates customer requirements into functional requirements for IT Team Provides requirements support during the Design, Development, Testing, & Production phases of a project Ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data Support short- and long-term business activities Lead testing activities for a variety of initiatives including: PeopleSoft ERP GETPAID Biller Direct Act as subject matter expert for CARS Team on business migrations on to PeopleSoft Communicating/training on the initiatives to both internal and external partners Drive for improving and standardizing each process You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED 1+ years of experience writing business requirement documents Intermediate level proficiency with PeopleSoft or similar software Business to business Accounts Receivable process and experience (quote-to-cash) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related fields Experience in large scale ERP environment Experience working in a global organization Experience with PeopleSoft AR Module and GETPAID Intermediate level experience in Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid environments Highly motivated and dependable with solid organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with conflicting priorities Careers with Optum.
