We believe there's power in every drop of milk our farmers produce, and by improving production and finding innovative uses for that milk, we add a little good to people's lives.The Production Operator is the front-line employee who performs the manufacturing processes that add value and quality to the inputs and create the final high-quality final products. There are a variety of sub-classifications within the Operator job family that could range in specific duties from receiving and handling the raw materials, adding value through a variety of proprietary processes, to packaging the final product.SHIFTS: Monday - Friday with weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Primarily 2nd/3rd shift after completion of 90-day probationary period.1st Shift Times: 5:00am - 1:00pm2nd Shift Times: 1:00pm - 9:00pm (extra $0.75/hr)3rd Shift Times: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM (extra $0.75/hr)During the first 90-day probationary period, training may include all 3 shifts.WAGE RATE:$20.56/hr + shift premium for a 90- day probationary period. $0.50/hr increase after successful completion of probationary period.Land O'Lakes, Inc offers a competitive salary and bonus potential. Sign-On/Retention Bonus:$500 sign-on bonus paid after successfully completing 90-day probationary period. $750 retention bonus paid after 6 months of employment. $750 retention bonus paid after one year of employment.
