Description
- Supervise assigned project manager and project engineer team members; responsible for the development and mentoring of all respective team members.
- Manage client partnerships.
- Focus on client retention and regularly communicate with the client to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and strengthen relationships to help expand the business.
- Oversee all aspects of multiple projects and project teams as assigned and be ultimately accountable for project success.
- Have a strong understanding of all project management levels.
- Represent the company with owners, architects, consultants, vendors and subcontractors in a courteous and professional way.
- Build effective working relationships with clients and project team members.
- Actively participate in company-wide initiatives to further key company goals.
Profile
- 8+ years of project mamnhement experience
- Project management exprience in commercial general construction or construction management
- Bachelors Degree to Construction Management or related field
- Working knowledge of building codes and ADA laws
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Strong communication skills: written, verbal, interpersonal
- Provides feedback and coaching to team member
