Description

• Supervise assigned project manager and project engineer team members; responsible for the development and mentoring of all respective team members.
• Manage client partnerships.
• Focus on client retention and regularly communicate with the client to ensure satisfaction.
• Build and strengthen relationships to help expand the business.
• Oversee all aspects of multiple projects and project teams as assigned and be ultimately accountable for project success.
• Have a strong understanding of all project management levels.
• Represent the company with owners, architects, consultants, vendors and subcontractors in a courteous and professional way.
• Build effective working relationships with clients and project team members.
• Actively participate in company-wide initiatives to further key company goals.

Profile

• 8+ years of project mamnhement experience
• Project management exprience in commercial general construction or construction management
• Bachelors Degree to Construction Management or related field
• Working knowledge of building codes and ADA laws
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Strong communication skills: written, verbal, interpersonal
• Provides feedback and coaching to team member
