Reports to: Vice President of Sales
Heilux LLC has an exciting opportunity for a national account sales representative to be added as an integral component of expanding its business.
Heilux is a privately owned LED manufacturer specializing in providing Customized LED solutions for the Architectural and Indoor Horticulture markets. Operating within the Architectural Design market since 2011, LUMAFILM provides completely customizable and trimmable flexible LED sheets, that provide the designers with a customized experience in the design process without sacrificing the integrity of their design and budget. In 2016, Growfilm was launched to solve the lighting challenges within Indoor Agriculture, CEA, and Vertical farming applications.
We are seeking a professional "sales hunter" with an LED lighting background and/or Horticulture background working with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive business growth within the architectural and indoor horticulture markets. The position will be responsible for prospecting potential and existing customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and to identify and close sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of executive level decision-makers and have a network of business relationships in the architectural or horticultural markets.
The successful candidate for this role will be a customer-focused, self-starter, who can listen to clients and develop options that address the needs, while identifying the wants; be open-minded, strategic and solutions oriented. This position will work collaboratively with multiple departments.
Principle Responsibilities
Ability to research, create and execute sales plans that will achieve growth and market share
Hunter mentality with a focus on leveraging prospecting strategies in order to meet with right audiences.
Function as a teacher in order to guide the clients to the growing solutions and buying process
Develop strong relationships with targeted Indoor Horticulture prospects and customers
Ability to establish a deep understanding of customers' business needs and offer compelling solutions
Gather market and customer feedback, related to products, and communicate to Heilux Leadership for decision making purposes
General Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent
Strong written communication and virtual presentation skills
Must be able to travel 50-60% of time
Effective working within office and remote setting
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to train sales representatives and partners.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated business development experience within the Horticulture market
Must have a proven track record of creating and closing multiple million-dollar sales annually
Experience in strategic account, key account, or national account marketplace
Knowledge and working experience with the lighting agency-distribution marketplace
Compensation and Benefits
