Based in our Shakopee, MN location, you will work with diverse functional groups to deliver user safe products that improve process efficiency, directly impacting our environmental footprint. You will work for the industry leader in Pressure and Temperature instrumentation driving projects and teams to deliver new products that meet growing customer needs. In your new role you will have opportunity to participate in and impactinternal process improvement efforts and to improve your skills through personal development planning with your manager. This position provides visibility and interaction with upper management with regular in person project progress updates and allows you to work with multiple areas of the company domestically and internationally.AS AN ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL:

Effectively coordinate team activities and provide leadership to the project team.
Be responsible for delivering on the overall scope, objectives, schedule, and budget of the project and ensuring that customer and company quality requirements are satisfied.
Have responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
Use new product development process and divisional operating procedures to define, communicate, and execute project work.
Measure project performance and perform any required corrective actions and communicate to all stakeholders through required project updates and gate reviews.
Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact to the project.
Ensure team performance by leading, mentoring, and motivating to keep the project on track.
