HR Technology Analyst- Workday

We currently have an opportunity available for a Workday Analyst to join our Process and Technology team. The Process & Technology team is part of our broader Service Delivery Teams area and provides technical expertise and consultative support for all HR applications. In this role, the ideal candidate is a detailed problem-solver with hands-on technical skills and knowledge to design and develop Workday.

This position is preferred to be located at our Corporate Headquarters in Arden Hills, MN or can be virtual (remote) anywhere in the US

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with defined business owners to understand their vision and how technology can support their success

  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical requirements

  • Design, development and testing of Workday configurations

  • Responsible for quality assurance, creation of test scripts and testing execution

  • Develop documentation and training supporting system or processes changes

  • Advocate and influence HR solutions and inform on new trends and technologies

  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency of business processes, including technological and business processes

  • Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting for Workday

  • Manage small to medium projects by developing project plans and following our project management approach and leverage project disciplines and tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required

  • 3 - 5 years' experience supporting technology, preferably HR technology

  • 2 years' experience supporting Workday highly desired. Preferably in the areas of Talent, Learning and Security
