Transformation and Data Management The Transformation and Data Management function, which sits within Commercial Banking, is responsible for driving key large-scale Transformation efforts to digitize core processes front-to-back to achieve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and risk reduction. We partner with both Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking Lines of Business, Operations, and Control to drive transformation with a focus on risk and control, data quality, and consistency in customer experience.

One of our key efforts, the Originations and Portfolio Management Transformation, is focused on implementing a new Loan Origination and Portfolio Management platform that will become the core strategic platform leveraged by Commercial Banking (CB) and Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) LOBs. Implementing this platform is a key aspect to our overall lending transformation efforts that are helping create optimized CB and CIB lending organizations, with simplified and standardized processes, usable/accurate data, and best-in-class technology. These efforts will enable business efficiency, active portfolio management, better risk management, and a platform for future growth.
