Banking, Lending, & Trust is a center of excellence that brings teams and functions currently found across WIM's consumer businesses under a common, WIM-level organization. The group is focused on transforming from channel-based to client-focused solutions and delivery in an effort to reduce operational risk, improve efficiency, increase consistency/coordination, and bring focus on product management/development to deliver innovative growth and improve the client experience. Additionally, the new group will deliver a WIM-level culture of product management excellence by creating a culture of innovation, product excellence, client service, and risk mitigation.

The Position:

Responsible for managing a book of moderately complex client portfolios. Responsible for investment servicing, establishing investment objectives, overseeing implementation of applicable investment and risk management policies and procedures in agency and trust relationships. Formulates investment programs designed to achieve stated investment objectives, including selection of structured investment programs and products (e.g. target asset allocation strategies and the creation of transition plans).

Preferred locations are listed, however this job is open to other locations within the Wells Fargo footprint.

Salary range is determined by the location of the job.

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.



Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of investment experience, finance experience, or a combination of both



Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or demonstrated progress toward the designation



Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
