Position TitleStarting Pay Rate - $25/hr - includes shift differential and premiumsShifts AvailableAluminum3rd Shift (Sunday PM - Fri AM 9:00 pm to 5:20 am) Great People - Great Compensation - Generous BenefitsImagine growing your career with a company where great people make it exciting to come to work; a company where everyone gets industry-leading benefits and where you have time for friends, family, and life.If you're honest, hardworking, treat others with respect, and want the opportunity to learn and grow your career, we want to talk to you.Job DescriptionPerforms complicated machine setups of fabricating equipment according to work instructions, layout and/or blueprints.Installs, positions, and aligns molds/dies using measuring tools such as rules, micrometers, gauges, feelers and hand tools.Adjusts flow of lubricants, pressure and depth of stroke, applying knowledge of thickness and properties of die/mold.Dismantles setups.Operates equipment to form products that may range from relatively simple to very elaborate and complicated.Capable of rotating to operate numerous machines where problems are occurring in order to resolve problems.Inspects for quality, defects, and deviations from specifications.Responsible for quality of work and to appropriately resolve unusual operating conditions.May occasionally operate a forklift. All other duties as assigned.Minimum RequirementA high School Diploma or equivalent, read and understand English language work instructions, effective English communications, high level of independent decision making, effective self-management, proven machine operations and/or mechanical aptitude.
