Phenomenal attention to detail and effective leadership abilities assists the management of day-to-day operations. You are proactive to build and maintain processes and systems. Resolving staffing issues, fixing sudden problems with boats, settling charter/catering issues, and maneuvering tour schedules are prime management responsibilities that you successfully accomplish. Excellent organization and time management skills help plan and oversee the maintenance of the fleet and finances. You work with technicians to keep boats in good mechanical condition, and also work with wood craftsmen for non-mechanical maintenance. Business budgets and financials are managed with historical data and forecasts for the upcoming year.
