Hey Grand Forks , we're in search of a  Registered Nurse to join our Basic Care team ! In this role you'll utilize your nursing and leadership skills to truly make a difference in the lives of seniors, all while supporting and mentoring a team of caregiving staff, working together to provide our residents the exceptional care they deserve. 

As a Registered Nurse at Edgewood, you would be responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate resident care including diagnosis and treatment of responses to actual or potential health issues. You would also resolve resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies and coordinating the provision of direct resident care.

Minimum Requirements

  

You would be a great addition to the team if you possess the following:
  • Current state RN licensure.
  • Bachelor degree; preferred.
  • Work experience that demonstrates increased level of supervisory responsibility in the healthcare field.
  • Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living work experience; preferred.  
  • Needs to be comfortable and proficient with computer charting and able to learn the company's clinical software program.
  • Excellent interpersonal and training skills with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Caring, cheerful, and compassionate attitude.
  • Passion and drive for helping others. 
  • Must be an excellent mentor!
