Job Description:

Senior Auto QA Engineer works with project teams to improve the quality of the release. The core purpose of this position is to develop an Automation Framework for building automated scripts for project execution. You will be part of the Quality assurance team and working on implementing the best QA Auto Practices along with an automation road map to enable QA support for ongoing support and projects executions

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the identification of system/service requirements and provide high-level estimates of the effort required to build and execute automation of scripts for the requested functionality
• Develop reusable automation Framework and automation components
• Execute automated functional, integration, and regression test cases; log, track and verify the resolution of defects
• Conduct performance and load testing as needs arise
• Record automated test results; report defects and validate fixes
• Facilitate issue tracking and successful resolution
• Assess and communicate risks to help stakeholders make collaborative decisions about risk tolerance for each release
• Assist in research of new technologies, tools, components, and frameworks; including prototyping new tools and/or technologies that can be used to strengthen our technology platform and QA practices
• Leverage understanding of QA methodologies and best practices to design and document test suites, test plans, and scripts; maintain a test case repository to ensure high-quality product deliverables; generate and maintain complex test data sets
• Troubleshoot and assist in the resolution of quality and performance issues with cross-functional team members
• Participate in requirements reviews sessions and documents test scenarios
• Manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines amid shifting priorities, working both independently and in a team environment
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 8-10+ years of manual and automation testing experience, including in-depth experience building and implementing Automation Framework using Selenium and Test Complete automation tools
• Experience in automation tests using, Java, C# .
• Experience in SDLC, Agile, test plan creation, requirements analysis, test case design, automation script creation and test execution best practices; combination of relevant education and/or experience.
• 10 years of Hands-on experience on automation test development and execution using Selenium, API, and Test Complete
• Experience with Azure Devops /TFS, Visual Studio, Postman and Kibana
• Experience with SQL and DB2 servers
• Experience with Salesforce, Infor M3, and/or Order Dynamics OMS preferred
