We are on the search for a Training Manager. You will create, execute training programs that can be effectively delivered through a wide variety of mediums to support our team members in our distribution center. Training Manager Responsibilities:Become well-versed in all department processes and expectations. Proactively work with the Management team to identify and resolve issues. Outline deliverables, expectations, and risks, to include specific training needs for staff.Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.Organize and create structure around employee training programs. Continuously review SOPs and adapt/change as needed.Identify equipment trainer needs and ensure all certification processes meet OSHA requirements.Lead training classes and one-on-one training as needed. Coordinate with other Supervisors and Management to help plan the work for the following day/shift to ensure that the department is prepared for incoming new hires.Assist supervisor/manager in identifying needs for cross-training, execute through shift trainers. Provide follow-up (quizzes, etc.) to ensure strong comprehension of information that was communicated.Work with HR partner to schedule NHO and training of new employees.Conduct NHO and communicate all information regarding NHO to all 3 shifts.Provide ongoing coaching, development, and recognition. Develop team for future roles, ensure the team understands the deliverables and is supportive of innovation and change Training Manager Qualifications:Bachelor s Degree in Education, Business or Human Resources is required.3-5 years of experience developing training materials and leading training.Must be able to become forklift train-the-trainer certified.Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including peak seasons and special events.
