OVERVIEW

A candidate for this position will be responsible for managing 2-4 projects concurrently. Projects will involve coordinating with engineers and other stakeholders to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Oversee product projects in various stages of their lifecycle including regulatory filings, product specifications, and more
* Coordinate regular project status meetings with project team members, take minutes, document decisions and actions
* Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and escalate issues when appropriate
* Manage the tracking and reporting of key project success measures for scorecards as well as project metrics
* Prioritize tasks and respond to shifting priorities
* Update appropriate parties on project progress
* Ensure that tasks are completed on time
* Follow up with task owners when they are delinquent
* Foster communication within project teams

QUALIFICATIONS

* BS in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or related science
* 1 year of project management experience required
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
* Scrum Master certification preferred
* Familiarity with ENOVIA project lifecycle management (PLM)
* Able to handle multiple projects concurrently, self-motivated, and results driven
* Able to communicate effectively
