We are currently working with a client to find a Project Manager to work on a 12-month Contract just north of St Paul to work on Product Development Process (PDP)

Location: North of St. Paul, MN
Pay Range: $50-71/hr
12 Month Contract

Required:

Lead cross-functional project teams to drive improvements across the Product Development Process (PDP) and the Technology Development Process.
Drive integration of non-Engineering functions, Peer Groups, and Knowledge Management into the PDP.
Apply lean and continuous improvement principles within projects to drive out waste, reduce costs, and / or increase quality, productivity, and speed.
Utilize Lean tools such as process mapping, root cause analysis, kaizen, 5S, etc.
Develop and execute change management and communication plans for new implementations and improvement projects.
Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines and firm schedules.
Ability to embrace a rapidly changing environment.

Preferred:

Bachelor' s degree in Business, Org Effectiveness or similar field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a business setting with strong process orientation.
