Job Title: Supervisor Mornings
Location: East Grand Forks
Environment: Industrial
Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

General Job Functions: Manage and supervise security officers, maintain a healthy relationship with the security officers and client. Provide training, disciplinary actions as needed.
Shift & Hours: Full Time, 1st shift Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise and manage employees on your assigned shift
• Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client at the assigned site

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
• Respond quickly to critical situations
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• Must have proven security experience
• Security supervisor experience preferred

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Pass an extensive screening process
