Finance Manager

The Finance Manager interfaces with Senior Management throughout the organization. The Finance Manager provides advanced financial support and guidance and consistently demonstrates knowledge in preparing, reviewing, consolidating, explaining, and communicating financial data for one or more business units. They will partner with the Sales, Operations and Finance teams to provide quantitative support for key strategic and operational initiatives. The Finance Manager will assist with preparing management presentations, dashboards, and predictive metrics as well as lead and influence continuous improvement throughout the business unit and finance teams.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Report accurate financial results while always adhering to corporate and business unit accounting policies and procedures.

Overseeing the monthly financial closing process and variance analysis.

Preparing key strategic and business analysis, key metric tracking, and providing support to decision makers.

Annual budget and strategic planning.

Consolidating and analyzing the forecast and the corresponding reporting schedules and presentations to ensure timely completion.

Lead cost analysis for new product design and current product re-designs, pricing changes, and special projects.

Qualifications:

6 or more years of progressive responsibility in financial & accounting role.

Experience in Finance for a manufacturing company.

Strong ERP and Excel skills, including strong financial modeling skills required.

Demonstrated acumen in budgeting, forecasting, analysis and cash flow understanding.

Travel:

Up to 25% travel required
