As a Director of Digital Health Implementation, you'll work to not only challenge the status quo, but change it. In this role, you'll will be responsible for managing a team of implementation Specialists who guide the successful execution of client deployments through coordinating the services, delivery, and operations required for the successful deployment of virtual care programs. The Director of Digital Health will build the team of implementation Specialist in parentship with leadership as well as define and develop standard, measurable and effective implementation models to support the delivery virtual care offerings. Additional responsibilities will include engaging in and establishing a structure for complex implementations, supporting special projects, planning and coordination of resources and operational design to support new virtual product offering. Primary Responsibilities:

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop implementation model standards inclusive of tools, templates, processes, and reporting
  • Management of team capacity, project assignment and prioritization
  • Ensure quality and satisfaction on all client implementations
  • Attend prospect meetings and engage in or lead strategic client implementations
  • Guide and develop team to independently manage implementations of varying levels of complexity from kickoff through launch, providing management oversight and support as needed
  • Engage in implementations with implementation specialist supporting team in management of client expectations by building relationships, communicating project status and open issues, preparing reports, managing change, and facilitating weekly meetings
  • Drive resolution to risks, issues and client escalations
  • Responsible and accountable for tracking and reporting on progress, overall status of client implementations including executive interface and briefings
  • Proactively identify, escalate and drive resolution to implementation risks, as well as manage both client and internal communication and exception processes associated with mitigating those risks properly and proactively
  • Ensures structures are in place and coordination across teams to promote a smooth handoff and project closure after implementation
  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and flexibility to explore new approaches to support ongoing process improvement and changing organizational priorities

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • Recruit, develop, onboard and train a high performing team
  • Management and oversight of team members including growth, development, and performance
  • Define clear goals, performance measures, provide regular and timely feedback, and career planning
  • Participate in workforce planning, capacity management and budget forecasting
  • Promote a culture the fosters teamwork, collaboration, rapport, trust, respect, communication and engagement across colleagues and team members

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams
  • 3+ years of overall experience in healthcare-related implementations or consulting, telehealth experience
  • 6+ years client focused program, project, and process management experience including operational and cross-functional workflows
  • Experience working in healthcare environment
  • Track record of strong customer focus and uncompromising integrity
  • Experience managing client relationships both in person and virtually
  • Proven ability to work through and manage client escalations timely and driving resolution maintaining overall client satisfaction
  • Proven ability to respond to changes in project scope and schedule, and re-prioritize work to accommodate multiple competing priorities
  • Proven ability to think outside the box, optimize processes and lead change
  • Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
  • Ability to utilize effective communication skills to mitigate project risk
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
  • Fluency with Smartsheet
  • Ability to travel approximately 25 - 35% annually

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration
  • PMP or CAPM certification
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Black belt training
  • Experience with Epic technology platform
  • In-clinic experience
  • Ambulatory practice setting experience preferred
  • Experience working with digital product development

Soft Skills:

  • Problem solving capabilities resulting in significant business impact and customer satisfaction
  • Detail-oriented and ability to identify potential risk or problems and find resolution
  • Ability to manage group relationships with diverse geographic locations, skills and level of understanding of company processes and policy
  • Comfortable managing in a flexible, changing, and virtual environment, with the ability to be ready to adjust plans and direction in response to local feedback and the iterative nature of digital health projects.
  • Ability to operate in and adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
  • Skilled at identifying and building effective business relationships required to be successful in role
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas, strategy, and information clearly, accurately and tactfully across a broad range of partners and stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional quotient

Colorado Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $110,200 to $211,700.
