Materials Specialist - Days

Do you have a background in Materials and Shipping? Then we d like to speak with you about a direct hire opportunity in Alexandria, where your main areas of responsibility will include:

• Receive and distribute parts and purchased components to production floor or job cart
• Receive, store and identify customer product and corrugated
• Load and unload trucks, using a forklift
• Process returns
• Ship parts
• Support the assembly team on parts status information
• Re-stock parts carts
• Other materials-related duties as needed

Qualified candidates are detail oriented and team-focused, with strong communication skills. Proficiency with computers is needed. Must be able to stand during an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50lbs.
