This is an exciting opportunity to build your Engineering career. A competitive compensation package is being offered, including an annual base salary starting at $48,000+ depending upon experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you'll do:

• Takes ownership for the development and progression of our electrical system designs to maintain product quality and manufacturability while exceeding design goals and customer expectations (i.e. low power, low cost, long-term)
• Collaborates for success - engaging, coordinating, and partnering across global, cross-functional teams
• Solves new challenges every day, creating product application and installation solutions that add value and improve customer experience

What you'll need to succeed:

• Strong electrical aptitude and an effective team player within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience using design and calculation software (e.g. AutoCAD) - not required, but will make you stand out from other applicants
• Familiar with Electrical Engineering codes and safety standards, such as WHMA 620
• Skilled and effective communicator with a hands-on, rollup the sleeves attitude to juggle multiple projects and workstreams, ensure best practices in product design, and add value within a small, but dynamic, engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum experience of 1-2 years
