Job DescriptionDescription:Accept work direction from Project Leads and Regulatory Affairs leadership.Main tasks include:Reviewing legacy changes and populating associated registers, evaluating and formatting excel workbooks to assist in preparations for data migration.This position is required to support compliance of Company operations to good business practices and company documented procedures.Engage others, promote, aand participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.QualsTechnical Knowledge and Skills??? Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience??? Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly MS Excel??? Requires strong attention to detail and quality aptitude??? Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and organize/prioritize assignments and tasks??? Excellent verbal and written communication skills Abilities??? Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment??? Ability to interface with project team members and contribute to the overall success of the team??? Ability to take direction as a learning opportunity??? Ability to work effectively in a professional, fast paced, rapidly changing environment??? Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to management and team members Impact and Scope??? The person in this position is responsible for contributing to the completion of project goals and objectives through actively following up on project tasks and assigned work activities??? Delays may have impact on overall project activities??? Incomplete or inaccurate data entry can have significant impact on future results and outcomes??? Inability to review information critically can result in errors or misrepresentations of data/findings Key Internal and External Relationships??? Takes direction from the director of Regulatory Affairs, Document Control, and Project Management??? Works with Regulatory Affairs and Project team members Planning and Decision Making??? Direction is usually stated in general terms of project-related goals or objectives, which take several days, weeks, or months to achieve??? Priority for completing assigned work tasks that are consistent with project plans or regulatory requirements and deadlines??? Critically reviews information and determines appropriateness; brings discrepancies and inconsistencies to the attention of the supervisor??? This position is independent on a day to day basis, work direction is given by a supervisor
