I am searching for a fellowship trained foot and ankle surgeon to join a large orthopedic surgery group with potential partnership after year 1. The incoming provide would ramp up quickly as the need is high and volume is there to support it.

This group has been serving the community for over 40 years and is a leader in excellence when it comes to Orthopedics. They are the regions most preferred practice with world-class surgeons and strong relationships with several of the nearby school's athletic teams.

I am not a head hunter. We represent hundreds of opportunities all over the nation and I seek to find the most viable fit for my candidates and my clients by being a true liaison; a highly professional recruiter. It's my duty to assist in all moving parts from our initial conversation to finalizing a contract with both parties parameters in mind rather than taking you down an illicit sales funnel.

Practice:

• Largest orthopedic group (18 surgeons) for about 300 miles with plenty of referrals
• 100% Foot and Ankle. Fellowship Required.
• 1 Year employment as mutual review period then partnership may be offered in real estate entity and clinics.
• Base salary of $450,000 - $500,000
• Sign on bonus of $150,000
• Bonus incentives on production/receipts.
• 4 Weeks PTO
