As an Electrical Estimator, your key responsibilities will be to evaluate bid specifications and drawings, attending pre-bid meetings, soliciting material and subcontractor quotes and ensuring that everything required to successfully bid and win the project is accomplished. This position will also work with Project Management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business. It is essential to be forward thinking, performance driven and quality focused. Critical for success are the abilities to work independently and produce highly accurate work in a timely matter.

What it takes:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or equivalent degree from a 4 year college or university
* 1-3 years of electrical estimating
* Working knowledge of estimating and scheduling software
* Negotiation experience
* Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software (HCSS Heavy Bid, Blue beam)
