Why is this role important to Field Nation? Field Nation is looking for an experienced Alliance Partner Director to join our team. This person will be responsible for building, managing, and growing our service partner program. This role will require excellent communication and relationship building with partners and internal Field Nation stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will use data and feedback from both patterns and internal stakeholders to ensure mutual success and growth. This position offers the opportunity to be in a fast-paced, high growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This role reports directly to the VP, Enterprise Sales.

What You'll Do
  • Build on early stage alliance partnerships to develop short-term and long-term alliance partnership program to enable additional growth and revenue
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales leadership, marketing, finance, sales enablement and operations) to design, build, implement, and iterate on an effective service partnership program
  • Partner with product delivery teams to define and evolve our platform to enable and scale service partner-managed work orders
  • Work with sales leadership, product management, marketing, and sales enablement to develop sales training and enablement content for both internal and partner sales teams
  • Work closely with Solution Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams on successful service partners operations in 3rd party buyer accounts
  • Own the pipeline of partner opportunities with new and existing buyers
  • Work with sales teams and partners to support the selling process as needed
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams from sales, support, and product, to create, refine, and maintain business processes and systems to support customer operations related to work management services
  • Review with Partners any escalations or feedback from Resellers, identify areas to improve the overall end customer experience
  • Partner closely with members of the Customer Success and Solution Engineering teams to ensure our partners are fully trained and on-boarded to receive maximum value from our marketplace
  • Build out the alliance partnership team over time to scale and deliver on strategy and execution
What You'll Need
  • 7 + years of successful alliance/partner program experience (creating programs, developing pipeline, onboarding partners, overall program management and growth). Previous people management or leadership a plus
  • Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion
  • Demonstrated experience using data to make decisions
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated analytical ability to build, assess, and evaluate KPIs and provide recommendations to the leadership team
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset; strong attention to value and outcomes over activity
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills; you thrive working in a matrixed environment and with peers in other departments
  • Proven success growing an existing customer base through proactive selling activities
  • Previous sales experience in the technology industry within an alliance or partnership program role
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven experience challenging customers to think differently about their business
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree or equivalent experience
  • Passion for helping to grow businesses through strategic partnership and guidance
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
