What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for underwriting Government, Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans.
- Carrying a heavy pipeline and closing out 50% of loans per months
- Meeting deadlines and ensuring work is done effectively and correctly first time around
- At least 5+ years experience with:
- LAPP SAR Required
- DE required
- Experience underwriting Government, Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans
- Experience in retail lending environment
- Ability to review appraisals
- Salary $100K-$120K
- Aggressive per file Bonus
