Technical Writer - 100% Virtual

We are working closely with our client in identifying a Technical Writer to help create documents for a companywide transition from SharePoint to ServiceNow. In this role, you will interview Subject Matter Experts to gather content, create articles, merge existing documents, and write new content.

Start Date: Mid-October
Duration: 2 months with a strong possibility to extend
Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week - may increase as project goes on
Location: Virtual with the ability to work Central time zone hours

Experience Required:

Strong technical writing skills
Experience with ServiceNow
Able to work closely with Subject Matter Experts and/or stakeholders
Strong communication skills
