A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE / LPN / AM SHIFT CHARGE NURSE

As a full-time LPN / AM Shift Charge Nurse, you enjoy interacting with and providing high-quality care for our residents as well as educating their families. During your shift, you direct the care staff in the proper and timely completion of their duties. Under the direction of a physician, you provide medical treatment and administer medication. During each shift, you assess residents and document any changes in condition including interventions, care provided, and outcomes.

You also coordinate and lead activities of daily living and address family/social concerns. Your passion for your patients is apparent as you actively advocate for superior care and promote service excellence. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE / LPN / AM SHIFT CHARGE NURSE

• Current nursing license
• Basic life certification
• Team-oriented work ethic

Previous experience as a supervisor preferably in a mental health environment is a plus, but not required. Are you self-motivated? WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time schedule is scheduled from 6:15 am - 2:30 pm with every other weekend and holiday.
