As a Senior Pricing Analyst within our Pharmacy Finance group, you will be responsible for conducting monthly variance analysis and reporting for assigned customers and business segments. You will also create financial models and perform analysis for business leaders and finance management.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering pricing analytics and reporting of pharmacy claims
• Forecast costs and utilization trends and create financial modeling using claims and other health care data
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Analyze benchmarking data, reports, processes, and measurements
• Develop/document business analysis and reporting requirements
• Evaluate and prioritize data changes and enhancements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent field
• 2+ years of professional business experience with emphasis in financial analysis and/or other analytical functions
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL and/or SAS
• Ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence across a matrix environment
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive results
• Desire to make an impact, manage multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly
• Solid communication skills, written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $53,300 to $95,100.
