Position Responsibilities

Manage, develop and coach the Compensation team to deliver daily compensation administration activities and annual compensation cycle, in addition to meeting project deadlines.
Provide oversight of compensation function including salary survey participation, job evaluation, salary recommendation for new hires and internal promotions, salary structure analysis and maintenance, executive compensation programs, and annual compensation cycle.
Participate in or lead projects that have a compensation impact.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

5+ years compensation-related experience including team leadership.
Experience with Workday (including Advanced Compensation and Payroll modules) or similar compensation administration applications.
