Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager. This position will involve overseeing front-of-house hiring, training, and overall guest satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include labor control, bar ordering, inventory and CoGS management, and execution of catering events.We have a fun environment with award-winning lucy s (stuffed burgers), classic pub-style food, and an awesome tap beer selection.Primary responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager:Act as an ambassador for the vision, the brand, and the direction of the company.Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that leads by example from the top down.Manage the guest experience by providing guest and staff service support to resolve issues and to help our company exceed guest and staff expectations.Maintain a clean and safe work environment for all employees.Our ideal candidate will have:Experience in training staff and using online training platforms to adhere to company standards and best practices.Ability to establish and maintain adequate pars and order product accordingly.Knowledge of inventory including month-end processes related to inventory reconciliation, confirming sales revenues, and appropriate allocation of costs of goods sold.Ability to work some nights, weekends and holidays.And up to 50 hours per week.Serv-Safe Certified preferred.We offer:Competitive SalaryBonus PotentialPaid VacationHealth and Dental InsuranceShift MealAdvancement Opportunities
