The Advanced Technology Product Manager for Services is responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end solution roadmap and new product development requirements across the global Building Management Systems (BMS) business unit. The successful candidate will engage deeply with customers, product offering management teams and go to market teams to drive innovation and business growth for Honeywell Building Technologies globally.

Core Responsibilities

?? Define comprehensive customer/application requirements for Software as a Service across Building applications.
?? Define complete Honeywell system solution to meet those customer/application requirements
?? Define reference architectures for customer applications
?? Scope system go-to-market ecosystem
?? Drive customer marketing and commercial sales to define channel marketing and positioning
?? Identify and Evaluate Buy to Sell Opportunities as part of the creating the solutions
?? Define architecture options that drive recurring and alternate revenue models
?? Coordinate with product innovation team to ensure product requirements enable system solution requirements

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be expected to be innovative, creative, and strategic, but also with deep technical and application knowledge of building management systems. They should be able to both create the vision, but also articulate and advocate that vision internally and externally. In addition, he/she should possess the following competencies:

?? Shares information and keeps team members and partners informed. Works effectively with others to identify and resolve issues.

?? Ethics: Highest level of professional integrity and honesty as well as personal credibility.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's Degree in a technical major.
5+ years of building automation system experience in an engineering and/or product management role
3+ years of experience in Software as a Service offerings with a history of success marketing, strategic planning and offering management.

WE VALUE

Master's degree is desirable
Software engineering background
Building Automation controls application experience
Deep technical knowledge of buildings control system architecture and application
