Plumbing Revit Technician

The Plumbing Revit Technician will work closely with Strang's integrated team of project engineers, architects and interior designers to develop plans using Autodesk Revit software for a variety of exciting project types in commercial, higher education, science and technology. Working under the direction of lead engineer you will gain knowledge and experience in all phases of design. This position will be located at our growing Madison office with some flexibility to work from home. Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to. Schematic Design assistanceDesign Development assistanceConstruction Documents assistanceConstruction Administration assistanceQuality control of work performedThe Ideal Candidate will possess strong proficiency in the following general skills: Innovative thinking and a passion for designExcellent verbal and written communicationInterpersonal skillsOrganizational and Time Management skillsGeneral knowledge of Plumbing and Mechanical systems Software Proficiencies Include:Strong proficiency in Revit, required Knowledgeable in the Microsoft Office program suite. Software programs associated with load calculations, energy analysis and system sizing. Education, Experience, Registrations: Degree in Engineering 2 or more years of related work experience Desire to pursue Specialty Certifications such as, LEED, WELL, etc is encouraged but not required Strang is an equal employment opportunity (EEO) employer.
