The Tax Specialist will report to the Tax Manager and work closely with the other Tax Specialist in the tax department. The position will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of state and local sales tax, property tax and personal property tax in both U.S. and Canada. Additionally, this person will be responsible for gathering information, consolidating data, researching tax laws, and corresponding with governmental agencies to support the overall tax initiatives of Cambria.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Reconcile sales and use tax reports for multiple states
* File and pay sales and use tax returns accurately and timely
* Research sales and use tax laws for multiple states
* Assist in state tax audits
* Research tax notices
* Help maintain the tax system and reporting software
* Maintain tax exempt forms for multiple locations
* File and pay property tax returns
* Assist with Process Improvements
* Create and maintain a successful working relationship with internal A/R and A/P personnel
* Provide a high level of Customer Service
* Strong computer skills
* Detail orientated
* Ability to multitask and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
