OES (Oneida Engineering Solutions) currently has an opening for a Transportation Construction Engineer/Project Leader in our Milwaukee office. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work on current and future WisDOT or other local agency roadway and bridge construction projects. This full-time position will be responsible for leading WisDOT construction projects, construction oversight/inspection, materials documentation and testing, field measurements, daily diary entries, and completion of final construction documentation. Experience working on WisDOT construction projects, relationships with WisDOT SW Region staff, and ability to lead projects is desired.

This position has strong opportunities for growth and advancement as we continue to grow our transportation engineering business line in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. We encourage highly motivated technicians that have a strong interest in advancing in the area of transportation engineering and construction inspection to apply.

Minimum Requirements:

* Two summers/years field construction inspection experience working with WisDOT, Illinois Tollway, Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), or other state DOT.
* Valid driver's license
* Proficient oral and written communication skills

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Bachelor's or Associate degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* Experience using Civil 3D, AutoCADD or Microstation
* Established relationships with WisDOT, IDOT or Illinois Tollway consultants and staff
* History of steady career advancement
* Experience working with Microsoft Suite
* E-Builder Certification and IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities Certification
