Vice President Finance - Global FP&A

Our client, a major consumer products group, is recruiting a VP Finance - Global FP&A. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for supporting the senior leadership team to deliver the strategic plan through insightful business analysis that will challenge and direct commercial decision making.

Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing a small team responsible for the reviewing and analysing operating performance across the business, including management of the budget process; Working closely with operating unit Heads to support commercial and strategic decision making and challenge performance expectations; Developing a deep understanding of underlying performance measures, improving the KPI dashboard to provide accurate analysis by customer, category and product and close monitoring of competitor performance; Developing the capability of the FP&A function to support investment appraisal and support strategic project work for the main board.
