Lakewood Health System has an opening for a Full-time Patient Access Representative.
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for providing professional reception and scheduling services to patients, visitors and staff in a growing clinic setting. Applicants should have 5-star customer service standards, be detail orientated and able to multi-task and problem solve.
This is a Full-time position working 64 hours per pay period (every two weeks). Shifts will range between the hours of 7:00AM and 5:30PM, with one rotating Saturday shift from 8:00 AM to Noon and one weekday rotating shift from 10:30AM to 7:00PM.
1. High school graduate/GED
2. Computer literacy
3. Prior experience with family practice scheduling is a must.
4. Excellent customer service skills
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Able to organize, coordinate and prioritize tasks
6. Ability to work in a team environment
