Dental Hygienist Position

Our dental office is a small, yet busy, comprehensive general dental practice looking for a dental hygienist to join our team. Dr. Krumholz has been working in the dental field for over 30 years, is active in the Seattle Study Club, stays current with cutting edge techniques and has been rated by his peers and specialists as one of the top dentists in the Twin Cities. We are a low pressure, patient-centered, multi-generational practice.

Hours: We have a part-time position available immediately and a full-time available in January. So enjoy your holidays and then work full-time stating in January or plan to job share in January. Immediate opening for Wednesdays and Fridays 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. Full time office hours: Mondays and Wednesdays: 7 am - 4 pm; Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8am -5 pm and Fridays 7am - 2 pm.

• provides outstanding patient care,
• provides a relationship-based educational experience for patients,
• is a strong team player,
• has excellent communication skills,
• diligently follows through with dental hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans. Procedures may include: prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, root planning, debridement, application of fluoride treatments, and application of protective sealants;
• has a high degree of skill with hand instrumentation and Cavitron,
• understands the importance of accurate, detailed documentation of dental history; records and reports pertinent observations; documents lab procedures and ensures follow up on results,
• experience in digital radiographs and electronic patient records preferred
