Digitization & Technology Analyst
12+ month contract assignment with strong option for extension for a second 12 months. Remote position but prefer someone reasonably local to Minneapolis/St. Paul MN. Bachelor's degree. Must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship. No C2C arrangements.

As part of the Digitization team, dealing with quality management systems, this consultant will be responsible for data digitization, and document publication. The Analyst role is unique. It requires experience with Python, but candidate does not need to be a programming expert or even from the Computer industry. The client would actually prefer if candidate has a degree from a STEM program (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc) as this is under a Healthcare Regulatory capacity. There will be a great deal of training. Up to 6 months of training.

Main Tasks:

* Will use Python to digitize

* Will support publishing of documentation for "instruction for use" for EU and client's foreign locations. Us EnLabel to update documents

* Will do testing and validation so candidate will write and test scripts
Providing to digitization and publication clients.

• Collaborates with multiple teams to create new technology and improve existing offerings.
• Drives process improvements in the multiple areas
• Performs complex research and analysis to help troubleshoot issues as they arise with the business teams and stakeholders
• Maintain and update the ELabeling applications (EnLabel and Power Apps).
• Develops new uses for existing technology
• Develop new technology based on business need
  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university. Prefer STEM program
• Programing experience in Python
• Have a mind for systems.

• In-depth knowledge and experience with the theories and practices of one or more disciplines such as network, server architecture, applications, technical service, etc. In-depth knowledge of assigned area of responsibility, 3M structure, organization, and business.
• Experience with Python, Azure and data bases

  Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. Provides design assistance for moderately complex engineering assignments including products, parts, components, or portions of major projects. Complete work according to standard engineering principles and practices. May perform research to solve specific design problems.
