The Human Resources Generalist manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development and employment under direction of the Director of Human Resources. This position will also complete payroll under the direction of the payroll manager.
