Hey Rapid City,  we’re in search of a Business Office Director  to join our Edgewood team! If you have a passion for all things business and administration, love to keep things organized, are compassionate and driven, an exceptional multi-tasker, and have a welcoming, fun attitude, we have the role for you on our team!Â
As a Business Office Director at Edgewood, you would be responsible for ensuring efficient business office functions related to the administration of all employment related practices, including payroll, risk management, and staffing and recruitment efforts.  This position may also lead additional office functions such as preparing and maintaining the daily schedule, coordinating the scheduling functions at the community in collaboration with community leadership, assisting in new hire orientation and annual in-service employee training, and performing other HR-related duties.Â

Minimum Requirements

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
- Associates Degree or higher in Office/Business Administration, preferred.
- Experience within an assisted living or memory care community with significant level of responsibility and accountability for goal achievement, preferred.
- Must display genuine interest in seniors and compassion for the aging.
- Passion and drive for helping others.
