Experienced Extrusion Operator - Nights - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

We have an opportunity coming soon in Clara City, MN as a Extruder Operator. The position would work a 12-hour shift from 6pm 6am. Starting wage for this position is $20.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential. Position would train on days for approximately 2 months.After the training period, employees are eligible for a pay increase to $24 per hour.

The Extruder Operator is responsible for setting up and operate equipment in the extruder area in an efficient and productive manner. They are responsible for quality assurance of the product being processed.

Ideal candidates will have had previous exposure in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, can do basic mathematics, is mechanically inclined and comfortable with hand tools, and is happy with rolling up their sleeves and doing what it takes to be a team player.
