Buildings and Grounds Assistant
Minnkota Power is seeking qualified applicants for a Buildings and Grounds Assistant at our headquarters in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Job Responsibilities include:
- General Maintenance and Repairs throughout the property
- Cleaning of assigned areas including waste, garbage and recycling pick-up
- Landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal
- Event and meeting set up and tear down in our Conference Center
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Training
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge and background in general maintenance tasks
- Experience in the use of a variety of hand and power tools
- Previous operation of power equipment such as lawn mowers, utility tractors, and snow blowers
