Job Details
We are seeking a full-time Senior Real Estate Specialist to join our team in the Willmar, MN office with the option for a home and office work arrangement. In this position, you will support branch team members by coordinating the timely and accurate packaging of all real estate loans originated by Association loan officers; be responsible for ensuring that all loan documents are complete, accurately reflect loan officer direction and comply with AgCountry policy; and act as an AgCountry loan closer, interacting with borrowers and 3rd parties as needed. If you are a team player with Post High School education in a related field and/or equivalent related business experience; seven years of experience in a lending environment or equivalent; and extensive knowledge of loan documentation, processing and closing, apply today!
