Lead Psychologist
Holland Center is a distinguished autism therapy center in the Twin Cities. Holland Center offers outpatient autism therapy services for children of all ages on the Autism Spectrum. Holland Center's mission is to provide children and families high quality, integrated treatment all under one roof. We offer psychological testing and therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA therapy, and biomedical interventions between our two locations in Minnetonka and Mendota Heights. Holland Center is opening an outpatient psychology clinic to expand the psych services we offer. Holland Center is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our established clinical team within this dynamic and rewarding role.
We are seeking to hire a compassionate and collaborative Licensed Psychologist who is a strong leader and has experience in conducting a variety of psychological assessments and diagnosing and assessing individuals with ASD and/or related conditions.
Required Qualifications
?? Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in psychology from an APA-approved program with appropriate clinical training and one year of post-doctoral experience as a clinical psychologist in a medical or mental health setting appropriate to the area of specialization.
  • Must have experience in the evaluation of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or related conditions
  • Must be a licensed in the state of Minnesota with the following credential:
- Licensed Psychologist (LP) by the Minnesota Board of Psychology
- or eligibility to become licensed within 6 months of hire.
  • Must be able to provide psychological testing, diagnose, and provide therapy within the scope of your practice and license.
  • Must have experience working with children in a clinical setting.
  • Must be able to pass DHS background check study.
Roles & Responsibilities
??? Lead the psychology outpatient clinic and help to grow the psychology department services that are offered.
??? Conduct psychological/neuropsychological assessments using a variety of testing measures, complete testing report, and provide feedback to the family.
??? Conduct recurring and initial psychological assessments for children and adults.
??? Provide supervision to doctoral assessment practicum student(s).
??? Collaborate with other professionals and offer recommendations as needed.
??? Offer psychotherapy to desired population.
??? Work to grow the psychology department by conducting interviews, making recommendations for hire, etc.
??? Act as primary supervisor to other mental health professionals within the department.
??? Support and lead continuous quality improvement and risk management culture.

  • Competence and skills in the use of technology to enhance the provision of services.
  • Follow and implement HIPAA Rules and Regulations, state and federal confidentiality rules, and the privacy standards as discussed below.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Be a strong and collaborative team player.
Location and hours
This position will be located at one of our metro locations: Minnetonka- 10273 Yellow Circle Dr., or Mendota Heights- 1160 Centre Pointe Dr. for 20 hours per week. The remaining hours will occur at our outpatient clinic located in Edina. There may also be an option for one work from home day per week. Work hours will typically be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30p.m. Our Minnetonka location also offers onsite daycare for employee's children at significantly reduced rates.

Pay: $90,000-110,000/annual salary
Preferred experience
  • Experience administering the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS). (If formal training was not received, Holland Center will provide an opportunity to receive formal training.)
  • Broad psychological testing experience with a variety of instruments.
