Mineral Land Services Advisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Administer new and existing portfolios, and serve as point of contact for current and prospective clients as directed. Provide proactive, high quality client service and administration.
* Cultivate relationship to identify and win new business opportunities.
* Independently research, interpret, evaluate, verify, and negotiate simple to highly complex documents and agreements, especially in the area of energy, oil and gas, and agriculture. Ensure timely compliance with all contract obligations.
* Independently review, evaluate, recommend solutions, and ensure resolution of title issues.
* Stay current and knowledgeable on energy, oil and gas, and agricultural news and developments to provide advice and guidance to the Banks clients and employees.
* Attend periodic training to receive information about various bank services and participate in an exchange of ideas and problems.
* Assist with various projects and assignments as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

* College Degree required. CPL and/or J.D. preferred.
* 8+ years of oil and gas experience. Agriculture experience preferred.
* Financial and/or Banking experience preferred, especially in the area of trust relations and lending.
* This role does potentially require some travel.
